Ashton Gray OFS, LLC & TNT Midstream Services, LLC Announce Execution of Letter of Intent for Purchase Agreement

Strategic acquisition of Ashton Gray OFS, LLC to accelerate growth in region and position TNT Midstream Services, LLC for additional M&A activity.Oklahoma City, OK and Sulphur, LA (February 17, 2022) – TNT Midstream Services, LLC (“TNT”), a Louisiana domiciled company today announced that is has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire the oil and gas operation assets of Ashton Gray OFS, LLC, (“AG OFS”) an Oklahoma City, Oklahoma company, via an Asset Purchase Agreement.

personnel that provides services in the oil and gas space.
