The management team ensures that employees have a safe environment by providing them with the proper training, equipment, and leadership.  Employees are up to date with all training, certifications, and OQs (Operator Qualifications).

Safety Program

✔️ Annual training on several topics (First Aid, CPR, Fire Extinguisher, Excavation Competent Person Training, Safe Rigging Practices, PPE, HAZCOM, Hand Tools, etc.)

✔️ Topic and event driven weekly safety meetings that are attended by employees

✔️ Completion of a Job Safety Analysis (JSA/ ATW) before all work activities, daily, and by job

✔️ Training and strict adherence to company policies regarding PPE

✔️ Stop Work Authority policy for ALL EMPLOYEES

✔️ Open dialogue at all levels regarding safety concerns
