How it Started

DOING WHAT WE SAY WE WILL DO!

TNT Midstream Services is more than just the initials of two guys with the last names of Taylor and Trahan. It has roots dating back nearly 30 years. Corey Taylor and Mike Trahan, owners of TNT Midstream, first met while attending baseball camp in 1991 and immediately created a friendship. That friendship turned into a very competitive one on the diamond that extended nearly a decade. Mike and Corey were conference rivals in college, Mike (McNeese St. Univ.) and Corey (Univ. Louisiana Monroe). Their professional careers would cross paths in 1998 where they played in the South Atlantic League. Mike played for the Charleston River Dogs (Tampa Bay Devil Rays affiliate) in Charleston, SC, and Corey played for the Charleston Alley Cats (Cincinnati Reds affiliate) in Charleston, WV.

Although their vocational paths were quite different after professional baseball, they often discussed the idea of starting a business together. In October of 2014, that idea became a reality. As they saw a need for technologically advanced services in an “Old School” Energy Marketplace, TNT Midstream Services was founded. They were finally on the same team!

TNT was built on the foundation of faith, integrity, honesty, and character by employing those that reflect these same traits.  The main goal of this company is to be recognized for always “doing what we say we will do!” TNT knows that customers will recognize a different type of company, doing things a different way… THE RIGHT WAY!
